FAQs:

• What is the validity of this ticket?
  • This ticket is valid for either Friday 11/29/24 between 5pm-9pm or Saturday 11/30 between 10am-4pm.
  • Each person must have their own ticket to enter.
  • Kids aged 12 and under are free to attend and do not require a ticket.
  • If you use this ticket on Friday and wish to return on Saturday, you can do so at no additional charge. Just make sure to take a selfie with our 2024 sign at the event on Friday and present it at the door on Saturday, along with your already scanned ticket.
• Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
  • Yes, you will need to show your ticket at the entrance – either on your mobile device or printed on paper.
• What time does the venue open?
  • The venue will open to the public at 5pm on Friday and 10AM on Saturday
• What if I can no longer go?
  • Please note that all ticket purchases are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit.
  • We encourage you to review your purchase carefully before completing your transaction.
• Can I buy more tickets at the venue?
  • Yes! We will be selling tickets on-site as well. We accept cash or credit cards. No checks, please
  • Tickets purchased online in advance are offered at a lower price compared to those bought at the door.
• Is there free parking at the venue?
  • Yes, free parking is available at the venue on a first come, first served basis.
